Sloppy sunset...by ~uberfischer

This is a sloppy shot in every way. Its fresh from the camera, shot about 2 hours ago.

I did some indoor shooting earlier today, using iso 800. Did i remember this tonight? Not a chance!

So i ended up shooting the sunset on iso 800 with a D40. Very clever...

Its sloppy processing. Took me about 2 minutes, which basically was the time PS used to load the 2 files in the stack... Noisereduction used massively all over the place...

By the way, the light was beautiful. If the result sucks, its 100% on me...

I understand your frustration - one thing I hate more than anything else is shooting at a higher ISO than I need!

That said, this is really a great shot - I especially like the way the foreground rocks are picked out by the sunlight. You might think it's sloppy, but it's a real pleasure to view.
