The last few days i have been constantly thinking about and planning a special shot of the northern lights. Each night i have been driving around hoping for the aurora to do her little dance. But so far...no luck. The shot i have in mind will require a bit of luck and a great deal of danger...so we`ll see how it goes...
This afternoon i took a mental break from that planned shot and decided to go for a drive trying to see if the sunset was worth shooting. The first location was crap so i didnt even consider shooting something... Then i went back to an old location.. A small area of the sea was frozen. I walked out to were the ice met the sea and took a few shots of the iceflakes floating around bathed in the light from the fading sunset... This is a scene i have been waiting for...
